AirWick/Renuzit is the only other brand of scented oil in a heating unit that I’ve seen. I like the Glade better because the scents are stronger and last longer. AirWick/Renuzit’s units and bottles are also bigger, and the bottles are made of glass. I think that the Glade is an all-around better choice for these reasons. I have also used a store brand refill – it states on the packaging that it can be used in both Glade and AirWick/Renuzit units – but the scents are not as strong or long-lasting. I highly recommend sticking with the Glade refills, as I’ve strayed a few times and regretted it every time. Price and Purchasing Information: The PlugIns Scented Oil unit includes one refill and is about $5.99 at stores. The refills range from $3.29 to $3.99 depending on where you purchase them. I have rarely found one store that carries all of the refill scents – but have seen all of them at one place or another combined.
