How do the students use the Browsing Book Jackets to learn about recommended reads?

SR: The Browsing Book Jackets are on display in the library’s showcase window and also on bookshelves where students, teachers, and parents can read them. I also use the Browsing Book Jackets during the school year for genre studies. When I worked in a previous school district, I even got permission to display the book jackets in a local bookstore so the community could see our students’ reading and writing and also learn what books students recommended at a variety of grade levels.
