How do the sororities decide who to invite back for each party?
Everyone who participates in recruitment has something to offer a sorority, but sororities must release some potential members, just as you will have to make a decision about some sororities. In deciding which potential members to invite back and which to release, every sorority has a democratic voting process. In other words, one or a few sorority women cannot assure a rushee that she will receive an invitation to the Preference Party or to the Sorority. Also, Sororities are not required to pledge their legacies.
