How do the slot machines at Indian casinos differ from Vegas slots?
To my knowlege indian casinos do not fall under the control of a states gaming commission if it has one. This means that is is up to the council that owns the casino to determain the return rates for its machines, this also applies to shipboard casinos. In atlantic city and las vegas for example, the casino control commission sets rules as to the minimum and maximum returns for slot machines and the casinos owners have to place their return rates withing those brackets. This is not to suggest that they ARE different, but they certainly could be different and casinos being thegreedy industries that they are woudl likely take advantage of an oportunity liek this since it does exhist.
