How do the questions relate to the biblical leadership framework?
Ten to twelve questions relate to each of the first three factors (Mental Model, Motive, and Manner) in the biblical framework of leadership. There are seven to nine questions for each of the ten sub-factors in the Methods section as depicted in the Servant Shepherds Leadership Priorities Chart. How were the “scores” determined? The answer to each question has a numerical score associated with it ranging from 1-7. Averaging all participant responses together derived the scores for any given question. For example, all Peer responses for question 10 were averaged together to produce a Peer score for question 10.
