Not like fresh, but better than nothing! Unfortunately, no one’s dehydrated eggs taste as good as real, fresh eggs. The scrambled egg mix isn’t too bad. It contains milk and will cook up lighter and fluffier than the whole egg solids. Probably good for an omelet. For recipes and baking, the whole egg solids are a must-have item. If you don’t have chickens or access to eggs, you need to have at least the whole egg mix for your recipes. To get one egg, you mix two tablespoons of the powder with 1-1/2 tablespoons of water and stir. Of course, when baking, you can add the powder with the other dried items and increase the amount of water you add at that stage.
