How do the photographers dress for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs?
Suit and tie is our dress code for both the photographer and the assistants. How much time should we allow for the formal posed pictures? It takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour for our photographers to take all of the “posed” pictures. This amount of time will allow our photographer to take all of the Family Groups, Individual Portraits and Bimah Pictures. Giving our photographer the time he needs to do this job properly means that you will not be bothered during the reception to have these very important photographs taken. Organization is the key to making these photographs run quickly and smoothly. Our usual routine is to do the immediate family pictures at temple either during the middle of the week prior to the service or on the same day of the service, approximately 2 hours prior to its start. The extended families (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and 1st Cousins) are only needed for about ten to 15 minutes and can be photographed either just prior to the service or during the C
