How do the palm trees hold up in different types of weather?
Different places encounter different types of weather such as snow, rain, cold, heat, and sometimes even harsher conditions. Our Palm Trees are made of an all internal steel pole that ranges from 100 lbs to 500 lbs, depending on the size of the tree. Its strong interior allows very ample support and additional tightness because it is bolted down. Wires and cables are well hidden in safe plastic coverings and inside the tree as well to guard against shock or other electrical hazards that may be caused from exposure. The outer shell of the tree is a very hard polymer plastic, which gives it the rich color you see. It contains proxy dyes which was process heated before the shell molds were filled. This makes the color shell more resistant to fading from sun exposure. Because it is a permanent fixture, and the color is blended into the mold mixture, there is no running of colors due to the rain or snow.
