How do the pads hold up in fights?
Fights happen in hockey, and Farrell pads took that into consideration in the design. The flexible construction and Velcro fasteners tear away if held by an opponent in a fight so the pads cannot be used as a hold-point. This gives our players a distinct advantage should a fight break out. We’ve heard that body shots don’t seem to hurt as much with our pads as well.
