How do the OSU students going on exchange get their financial aid?

0

Students should consult the OSU Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships for information about applying financial aid to OSU study abroad. Students should be sure their financial aid file is complete prior to departure. IDEA collects from you a list of OSU students participating on exchanges each term and the student budget for your program. Based on the budget, Kristy Spikes in IDEA determines a Budget Tier and submits that information for each student going abroad. Once the Financial Aid office receives the participation list from IDEA, they will revise the students’ financial aid budgets and send them an email regarding their status. Students can then work with the Financial Aid office to determine how much additional loan they may be able to receive.
