How do the OP Tiers work?
The OP tier system takes two things into account: level of skill and then knowledge. Each OP Tier costs the same amount as a regular Tier (1 point for 1-4, 2 points 5-8, 3 points 9-12). Then, each Tier has a list of weaves associated with it. Each weave costs and additional point. Furthermore, weaves not approved in your characters bio must be learned through RPing with a channeler who already knows the weave, and during that RPG the channeler must teach your character the weave before you can add it to your characters knowledge base.
