How do the HulloMail diverts work?
HulloMail is activated during registration as a conditional divert. HulloMail will answer all incoming calls if you are not available (phone off/out of coverage), busy (engaged) or you simply don’t answer. Your activation code, which is preceded by **004* can be found in general info under your account settings in the self-care section. However if you really want to be flash and are comfortable with USSD codes you can also toggle HulloMail as an unconditional divert. In this case HulloMail will answer all incoming calls directly, regardless of what your handset is doing at the time. We recommended doing this, if you wish to leave your phone on when roaming, as it cuts out any international leg that your operator would normally charge for any call. Your unconditional divert activation code, which is preceded, **21*, can be found in general info under your account settings in the self-care section. Remember to toggle back and dial your conditional divert code to have the phone ring again
