How do the Habbalah use their resonance?
Three ways. The first way, in the core rules, simply allows them to build up an emotion and thrust it upon someone else. The second way, detailed in the Infernal Player’s Guide, allows them to enhance whatever emotion(s) the subject is feeling at the moment. It can be used “pot luck” or in conjunction with the third method, below. The third way is to take a penalty to Perception equal to the maximum check digit result they want to get, and use the Elohite resonance table (In Nomine, p. 99)!
