A. Communication between the DMM and the Cisco Video Portal exists for publishing of data and file transfers. The DMM deploys its published files to the Cisco Video Portal server appliance via SFTP, SCP, or FTP. The two systems do not authenticate to each other, but the DMM uses the Cisco Video Portal’s FTP username and password when deploying.
