How do the District’s rates compare with other local sewer agencies?
A 2005 comparison of rates charged by 31 sewer agencies in Napa, Sonoma and Solano Counties show that Napa Sanitation District’s current rate for a single-family home was the fourth lowest. Meanwhile, these other agencies have increased their rates. Even with the proposed rate increase, the District’s rate will remain among lowest 5% in the region.
