How do the CorresponDENT selection and report screens work?
Each screen will display all the parts of the procedure for which you are creating the report. When you click on one of the option buttons (for example, Adjunctive Diagnosis), a screen will open, displaying all the different selections that correspond to that option. Simply check the box next to the desired selection(s) and it will be included in the report. Continue through all the options on the screen, choosing clinical options as desired. An auto open feature will automatically forward to the next clinical selection box, allowing very rapid report composition. When all clinical selections have been made, click the Final Report button. A preview screen will display the formatted letter for you to review before printing.
