We have recently improved the closing mechanism on the cage skewers for the large BarbeSkew’s – they used to use 2 small clips to keep the lid of the cage closed but now we have now moved over to using one large bulldog clip in the middle of the cage skewer. This new single clip and the stronger hinges have had excellent feedback to date. We are planning to introduce these new cage skewers to the BarbeSkew II during 2011.
