How do the BooksOnline book clubs work?
BooksOnline clubs offer you free books and/or free gifts for free or for very low prices. You usually do have to pay shipping and handling on your initial order, which can cost anywhere from $10 – $15. If you are not satisfied with the free offer package, you can return it at the club’s expense for a full refund and owe nothing. If you choose to keep the free offer package, you agree to purchase a set amount of books (usually 2, 3, or 4) over the next year or two. Clubs that work like Booksonline clubs are usually called “commitment” book clubs as they require you to make a commitment to buy in order to receive the initial offer. Booksonline club members receive a monthly club catalog every 3 – 4 weeks. The catalog will have a featured selection or featured selections that will be mailed to you automatically.
