The £50 vouchers are sent by email with a unique code. They can only be used in the Arsenal online shop and are valid for one transaction only. Just go to onlinestore.arsenal.com and use the code to make your order. No change is given for orders of less than £50. The voucher will expire one year from the date you receive it, and there are no cash alternatives, refunds or exchanges.
