At UC Davis, all bathrooms, kitchen facilities (if any) and common areas are shared with the entire building, ranging from 125- 400 students. University Court provides a full bath and kitchen in every apartment. Also, the community features large common areas that are open late for residents to study and utilize the free wireless internet access. Residents will also enjoy the free 24 hour gym access.
