How do the Agency Layoff lists and Statewide Recall lists work?

0

If a position becomes available we will first pull names from the Agency layoff list. If there are no names on that list, we then pull a statewide recall list. The agency layoff list contains the names of only ODF employees. The statewide recall list contains the names of employees laid off from other agencies. The person with the most service credits will be offered the position. Refusing to accept a position offered may result in your name being removed from the list. Names remain on the list for 2 years from the date of layoff, or upon hire.
