mositure/precipatation and temperature will affect the quality of water at the intertidal zone by affecting salinity, clarity, turbidity and nutrient levels in the water that is very narrow in range for life to thrive their abundantly, the water is termed brackish since it mixed salt water and fresh water at an estuary. at interitidals zones like pool that collect with the tide on shore it is less narrowly ranged but still a very fragile environement becasue it can bea very small area and an overabudance can of any one or more factors can still change the qualioty of the water there.
