How do teachers and students prepare for the event?
Teacher-Coaches: The Teacher-Coach selects a team, works with the students to prepare, and attends the event with a school team of up to 10 students. Teacher-Coaches who are new to the GTM event attend a preliminary training, one or two check-in conference calls, and a team training with entire group of Teacher-Coaches who are participating in the event. Past participant teachers attend the team training and join in on the conference calls as well. For a school team of five or fewer students, one Teacher-Coach is required. For a school team of six to ten students, two Teacher-Coaches are required. Students: Spend optional time ahead of the event exploring online at the GTM Community/Advance.
