How do taxis charge?
I believe that taxis usually charge a per minute/per mile rate and the number of the people in the car is irrelevant. However depending on the cab and the size of the people you may not be able to fit four people in the car. I have been in cabs in the past that do not allow people to sit up front next to the driver and four people usually can’t sit in the back, unless you are in a mini-van cab.
