How do subscriptions work with knowledgebase references?
In order to enable subscriptions when updating a knowledgebase reference, a CSR needs to check on the Show Advanced Option and manually check the box next to Notify Subscribers then hit Save. If that box is grayed out, you currently do not have any subscribers. By enabling subscriptions, every time the knowledgebase reference is updated you have the option to choose Notify Subscriber checkbox is selected if you want your subscribers to be notified.
