How do Subject Matter Experts interact with PMAPS?
Each Subject Matter Expert can set their own expiration date (e.g., annual, quarterly, per bid) for each and every Q&A record they ‘own’ in the PMAPS database. In advance of these expiration dates, the PMAPS Supervisor can have PMAPS automatically send these documents via e-mail to the SME for review, updating and reinsertion in the PMAPS database. The entire activity is conducted using familiar Microsoft Office files.
