How do students with ADD/ADHD perform at The New Hope Homeschool?

Because of our online environment and multimedia-rich curriculum, historically students with attention disorders seem to do extremely well with this curriculum. The unique online learning system allows students to work quietly, accommodate rapidly changing energy levels and work at their own unique pace. Although we do not offer “special education” services, the very nature of the engaging curriculum has been a wonderful solution and blessing to many students with attention disorders. We suggest that parents of children with special needs consult their health-care provider about the learning environment to determine whether it may be helpful.
