Students participate in the Talent Development Program based upon a variety of criteria: formal and informal pre-assessments, observation of academic behavior, and examination of student work. Instructional groups are flexible allowing students to flow in and out to meet individual academic needs. Formal G/T identification is not a requirement to participate in the Talent Development Program.
