How do students make a complaint about the DDS?
As a first step, students should seek to resolve their concerns with the person directly responsible for the subject of their complaint. If for any reason students feel unable to approach the person responsible, they should talk to their programme leader, faculty tutor or other appropriate person, in this instance they should speak with the Service Manager of the DDS. If the complaint cannot be resolved by this informal approach then the student has the right to use the formal procedures in place at the University. If a student would like to make a formal complaint about the service that they are receiving from the DDS, or any aspect of the University, there is a complaints procedure which they can follow.
