How do students know if employers honor the credit recommendation?
Company policies vary, so students must ask their employers. It is best for participants to do this BEFORE registering for the ACE CREDIT recommendation. Many employers require that the student pass the course in order to grant reimbursement for educational expenses, so the student should get clarity ahead of time from their employer on this and any other related issues. ACE has a successful advocacy service and encourages HR departments to contact them with questions about honoring the credit recommendation.
