How do students get a passport?
U.S. passports are issued by the United States Department of State. Non-U.S. passports can be issued within the U.S. from the embassy of the country of which the passport applicant is a citizen. (Please note that residency in the U.S., with a Green Card or other documentation, does not indicate citizenship; delegates must apply for passports from their country of citizenship.)
