How do students connect to their tutor?

To start a tutoring session, students sign-in to their MyTutorJam account and book a tutoring session. A session can be either an Instant Tutoring session or a Scheduled Tutoring session. For an Instant Tutoring session, the MyTutorJam portal will connect you to a certified TutorJam tutor within just minutes. A Scheduled Tutoring session is booked in advance for tutoring at a specific date and time. The student logs on to the MyTutorJam portal a few minutes before the start time of the scheduled tutoring session and the portal will connect the student to their favorite tutor.
