How do states join the ADP network?
Governors and state education leaders join the network and organize a state leadership team consisting of representatives from the K-12, higher education and the business community. These state teams commit to making the high school diploma count by raising the rigor of the high school standards, graduation requirements, assessments and accountability systems and aligning these expectations with the demands of postsecondary education and career.
