How do soup kitchens / food banks prevent abuse?
Food banks and soup kitchens are not too concerned with people abusing their system. I don’t know many people who would line up with the poor of this world for food if they had a choice. It’s humiliating to be poor and need the services of a soup kitchen or a food bank. Some losers might bilk food from a soup kitchen or food bank, but they would be few and far between, I think. Anyone in their right mind would give to them if they could, rather than take from them.
