The PDHRA is a Commanders Program, and the U.S. Army offers resources including Coordinators assigned to assist Commanders in scheduling screenings to ensure that all Soldiers have access to this screening program. The PDHRA can be completed a number of ways, and the program is designed so that Soldiers can complete the screening process wherever they live and work.
