How do socially responsible funds and portfolios perform?
The recent US Social Investment Forum report on the ranking of socially screened funds found that half of all Socially Responsible Funds earned top Morningstar, Lipper Marks. Seventy percent of the largest socially screened mutual funds in the United States earned the highest marks possible for their performance — and half of the wider group of social funds got top rankings.
