How do Sky Player Credits work?
You have to purchase Sky Player Credits to obtain access to online services. Sky Player Credits can only be purchased with a valid credit card, by Reverse Bill SMS or Premium Rate Phone line. Various amounts of Sky Player Credits can be added depending on your preferences and we will send you a low Service Credit reminder when you are running low on Sky Player Credits so you know when you are about to run out. If you never want to run out of Sky Player Credits, we have an “Auto-Top-Up” service which will automatically top up your account with a specified number of Sky Player Credits each time you drop to 50 Sky Player Credits.
