Generally, stenographers work in teams of two to four persons. The number of stenographers that will form the team is decided according to the deadline established for delivering the written transcription. Nevertheless, the fact of working in teams do not represent higher costs, because the service price is determined according to the duration of the meeting, independently of the number of stenographers that will assist to it. Once the meeting is concluded, stenographers transcribe their notes into the computer, process in which they write all the expressions pronounced by speakers. They also read the documents treated in the meeting in order to have a full comprehension of the subjects considered.
