• The serving size of Manitoba Harvest products is determined by one of our contracted laboratories following the methodologies required by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (Canada) and the Food & Drug Administration (US). These regulatory bodies require all information to be precisely measured, meaning that one tablespoon must be a level measuring tablespoon and then weighed on a laboratory scale. Due to the difference in density, it is possible that different products have different weights even though the volume (i.e. 3 tablespoons) may be the same.
