First the service company creates their membership. Most companies will have an existing profile online that simply needs to be identified through search and then completing the registration. Second, the account manager for the service company sets the Project criteria such as service categories, budget, timeframe and location. Third, as members post projects they will send them out to service providers in the appropriate category and location. This is where your ranking and reviews are invaluable. The better your ranking and reviews the more Project requests you will receive. So it is to your advantage to have your customers sign up for ServiceBuddy.com and post a review on your company. Fourth, you need to accept the Project request and respond. The member will then decide who they would like to proceed with.
