How do seedless grapes keep growing?
Propagation is by cutting. Often they are grafted onto sturdy (even wild) grape roots to make them more resistant. This is the general way of propagating grapes (and most fruit bearing woody, trees). Even if they have seeds the “offspring” will probably not have the same properties as the parent plants and since it takes several years for the fruiting to occur, it would be too much of an investment of soil, labour and other resources to take the risk of growing them from seed for production. That being said, it is not uncommon for a grower to experiment with some seedlings just to see, just in case. A historical instance of this is the MacIntosh apple which was almost destroyed by the farmer because the original tree was growing out of the row in his apple orchard.
