How do Season Ticket Holders get paid when a ticket sells?
A – Once the sale of the ticket for a match has been confirmed, the Season Ticket Holder must send in their voucher for that particular fixture to the Bath Rugby Ticket Office. Provided this voucher is received by the Club, Season Ticket Holders will receive payment within fourteen (14) days of the match taking place. The voucher is to be received by the Club no later than 72 hours prior to the game. If you sell your ticket between 72 hours and 48 hours prior to the game, the voucher must be received by the Ticket Office 24 hours prior to kick-off. The amount refunded per ticket sold on the Bath Rugby Seat Exchange is calculated as the average match price of your Season [Card / Ticket] minus the Seller Fee of 10% plus VAT.
