HOW DO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES GET PAID?
In most instances, services provided under the MINI Roadside Assistance Program do not require immediate payment. Usually, the car owner will be able to sign a receipt, so the service can be reimbursed by MINI Roadside Assistance. However, you – or the person driving your MINI – are responsible for any expenses related to parts, materials, or fuel.
