How do restaurants get dishes clean in China?
Tap water ain’t THAT bad. I certainly don’t drink it. But I use it to brush my teeth and take a shower. Most people in China do drink tap water in one form or another (usually cooked). The taste can be quite strong and even can come through in a coffee, leave alone tea. In Hong Kong our tap water is of much better quality, but I still use reverse osmosis to get it 100% clean.
