Respondents can simply click on a link from your website or in an email that you send to them. This will take them directly into your survey. Alternatively, you can send respondents to a page on our website where they will enter a survey name and password.

When you create a survey, you will define a survey name and id. Respondents will go to a page on the PureSurvey web site or a page that you create on your own web site and log in to the survey with this information, or respond to an emailed link. Once a respondent has logged in, he or she will follow the instructions that are provided. You also have the option to distribute a web address that will take respondents directly into your survey without entering a survey name or id.
