• Support options for Google Apps resellers are described in the Technical Support section of this site. • Note: you will have access to a super user control panel, so, troubleshooting Google Apps user account issues shouldn’t be a problem. The biggest thing that we don’t yet have is a tool exposed for diagnosing issues with mail routing. We’re working on externalizing the tools that our support team uses for that.
