How do renewals work?
• For all memberships, CricInfo will automatically renew and charge your account upon the anniversary of your enrolment. However, you may “opt out” of this automatic renewal at any time prior to the end of the applicable billing period (every year or every other year), by giving CricInfo notice by e-mail to help@plus.cricinfo.com that you do not wish to renew your account. Upon receipt of such notification from you CricInfo will cancel your account when your existing subscription expires.
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on a 30-day cycle. If you do not want Salon to automatically renew your subscription, just visit your Edit Account Preferences page and un-check “Automatically renew my membership” or contact our Premium support team through our help page. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew 365 days after the subscription began. Salon will e-mail you 21 days before your subscription expires informing you that your account is or is not set for automatic renewal. If your account is not set to automatically renew and you would like to renew manually, click here. You will need to be logged in to access the renewal page. If you do not want to automatically renew your membership, visit your Edit Account Preferences page and check or un-check the appropriate box or contact our Premium support team through our help page to request that your settings be changed. We will notify you when your subscription is about to expire, and at that time you can decide whether you wish to continue. We will save your account information for 90 days after your subscription lapses. We do not automatically renew subscriptions, and no further charges will appear on your credit card.
