Easy Rebates are available on products purchased in Staples® stores, through our catalog and online at Staples.com®. Look for Easy Rebate products every time you shop. They’re identified by the phrase “Easy Rebate” in the product description. When you’re ready to submit your Easy Rebate, go to www.stapleseasyrebates.com and enter the required information right online. You won’t have to clip out UPC codes or mail in receipts. You’ll even receive emails keeping you posted on your rebate status, with links to the track status page online. Best of all, you’ll receive your rebate faster than ever — within 4–6 weeks. . We track rebate earnings by vendor and by member. Vendors that offer rebates remit payment annually to ACUI Procure based on the collective purchases of all members. The more we collectively spend, the greater the value of the rebates. Our annual statements will reflect rebate earnings for each member, and ACUI Procure cuts a check back to you. You can add it to your bottom line, fund new programs, buy furniture or computers, contribute to scholarships… you decide! Q. We do a large amount of business with a company that is not an ACUI Procure preferred vendor. How can we get them to become a preferred vendor so I can start receiving a rebate on my purchases? A. Give us the name of the company you would like to see become an ACUI Procure preferred vendor and we will contact them and try to negotiate pricing, cash discounts and rebate terms so all ACUI members can benefit.
