Best Value RFPs have certain mandatory requirements that traditional RFPs do not: • Project Team & Project Management Team Organization Charts • Project Management Team Resumes • Prime Contractor & Subcontractor(s) Qualifications Statement • Completed Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Form (form included with RFP) • Workplan & Schedule • Safety Plan • QA/QC Plan • Staffing Plan • Executed Non-Collusion Affidavit Additionally, Best Value RFPs do not award bonus points for Enterprise Zone Small Business participation.
