How do promotions work in AcqDemo?
A promotion within AcqDemo is considered to be to either a higher broadband within the existing career path or to a different career path with a higher salary potential. Promotion salary will be at least 6% but will not exceed than 20% more than the employee’s existing salary, unless that 20% would not place the employee at the minimum salary of the higher broadband to which he or she is being promoted.
